We offer free shipping with all our products to all UK destinations.
We aim to post most orders within 2-3 days by Royal Mail.
(We will email you if an order is going to take a little longer)
Orders £1.00-£35.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class.
Orders £36.00-£84.00 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
Orders £85.00 and above will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Kindly note patterned wedding rings are made to order and will take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase from AndrewstheJewellers. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid.
If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself.
Please note if you personalise or resize a product by a third party your warranty will be invalidated and you will not be able to claim a full refund should you wish to return the item.
This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
